The Religious Coalition for Emergency Human Needs is the primary point of entry in Frederick County in preventing families from being evicted from their home and for providing rental assistance for homeless adults or families moving into permanent housing; the final step to put homelessness behind them.
The Religious Coalition for Emergency Human Needs partners with First Energy and is the home of the Frederick County Community Energy Fund, which is the primary source of Emergency Financial Assistance to families facing cutoff notices and immediate loss of utilities in Frederick County.
